If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return/exchange your purchased products within  fourteen (14)  days from the date you received them from candlecocyprus.com. Products can be returned,  only  through the transport companies indicated by the company (ACS). The parcel is sent at the sender’s expense.

Return Terms and Conditions

The right to return or change the products is considered to have been exercised correctly, as long as the following conditions have been fully met:

  1. have been returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the product (with their packaging intact)
  2. the products packages have to not to been opened or any part of the package to have been removed
  3. the products have not been used, modified or destroyed by you or a third party
  4. the product identification label remains affixed to the products together with the “marking badge”
  5. they are not handmade and/or personalized products. (Unless a different product has been sent than what the customer ordered)
  6. the products have been returned together with the accompanying purchase document (receipt) and the return-exchange form (which can also be completed and sent by email).

If and as long as you have complied with all the above conditions, we will refund you the price of the purchased products. You will only be responsible for the shipping costs, as well as the costs for their return. You will be notified if returned products cannot be accepted. In this case, you can choose to have the products delivered to you. If you refuse the above delivery, we reserve the right to keep the products and the amount you paid for their purchase.

Return of defective products

In the event that you receive products that are defective or different from what you ordered, you can return them with the same transport service, without any additional charge, by choosing the shipping with recipient charge.

Timings and Procedures for Returns

Once we have received the returned products and checked that they meet all the conditions listed above, we will contact you by phone or email to exchange the products or refund the money. The refund process will be completed within fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt of the parcel.

The time period for the refund of the amount you paid for the purchase of the returned products depends on the payment method you used:  
– purchase via Credit/Debit Card: the refund time will depend on the policies of the card issuing company. 
In the case of gifts, the refund of the amounts paid for purchases will be made to the person who made the payment.
